On Saturday, June 13th, I invite you to participate in a Free COVID-19 testing & mask giveaway in partnership with the Fresno County Department of Public Health, UCSF Fresno, & Westside Church of God. Children must be ages 10 and up. Appointments are not required. Walk-ins will be accepted.

You may complete the form below and submit to schedule an appointment or complete the form below and bring it with you on Saturday, June 13th. When driving to the testing area, please keep your WINDOWS UP, display your Driver’s License or CA. Identification Card (with your windows up) to traffic and testing staff. This will help us ensure the correct information is on your lab sample.
