Project Share the Warmth
Hello All,
Local homeless advocate, Desiree Martinez, is in need of physical and financial contributions for her Project Share the Warmth.
Items that are needed are hats, gloves, socks, scarfs as well as financial contributions to be able to distribute these items to the homeless.
Desiree, is a one time homeless member who was able to surpass her obstacles, she know dedicates her life fulltime to providing services as well as advocate on behalf of the Fresno homeless population.
She founded the We Are Not Invisible Foundation to assist in her efforts to greater provide for the homeless, she has been featured in numerous articles and appears in local television as an advocate for the homeless.

Russell Greene is on PDA’s national leadership team for Stop Global Warming. He has devoted most of his life to this effort. Bernie got to know Russell as we recruited him to run for President, and as you see, he appointed Russell to the Platform Committee to work on the Environmental Platform of the Democratic Party. But Russell’s climate Resume is much greater, as you’ll hear from Diane Gardenhire as she introduces him. Please see our Agenda and RSVP here.
Russell will join us via video teleconference and discuss where we stand now, but will also tell us about a climate solution project he has been working on for some time. You won’t want to miss this!
