We just sued Trump for the 65th time

We just filed our 65th lawsuit against President Trump yesterday — challenging his rollback of a landmark Obama-era clean water rule.  

Our lawsuits, including the one we just filed, are protecting our country from some of the worst parts of President Trump’s agenda. We’re defending DACA, protecting the entire Affordable Care Act, and saving critical environmental laws. 

As the son of immigrants, many of the President’s attacks on migrants, healthcare, and our environment are personal. But beyond his immoral policies, the President’s actions are plainly illegal. That’s why we’re fighting — and winning — in court.
