State of the College

As the first community college in the State of California and in the spirit of greater partnership, President Carole Goldsmith invites you to the State of the College Address. This address provides a unique opportunity for community, business, and educational leaders to come together for an opportunity to share Fresno City College’s rich history, our common goals, and accomplishments over the last year. It will also provide attendees with an opportunity to hear President Goldsmith’s vision for the College and how it will impact everyone’s life in our region.
Dr. Goldsmith will also be joined by DeRon Walker, incoming president of the Associated Student Government (ASG), who will outline various student initiatives and provide a unique look into student life today. The President will also honor three dedicated individuals who have worked tirelessly to move the college’s mission forward.
Additionally, the gathering will provide everyone with an opportunity to learn more about the college, become ambassadors of the college and join the thousands of voices that support the mission and vision of Fresno City College.
