Residents have an opportunity to review and comment on proposed reports and plans during public comment periods. Currently, there is a public comment opportunity regarding a Substantial Amendment to the 2018-2019 Annual Action Plan. The purpose for the Substantial Amendment is to re-allocate project savings and funding for subsequently cancelled projects as well as delayed multi-year projects to eligible Community Development Block Grant activities. 

The City will accept public comment through January 28, 2019. Please see the attached documents detailing the specifics of the Substantial Amendment and note this information can also be found on the City of Fresno, Development and Resource Management Department’s website.
