I wanted to make sure you saw our latest video, part of our “Your Stories” tour. Teresa is a farmworker and an inspiring leader who’s working with other women to address sexual harassment in the fields. She’s doing incredible work, and I met with her to hear and share her story.
This was a difficult interview to do, but an important one. It’s a reminder that women everywhere have #MeToo stories, including those who are often left out of the conversation.
As Governor, I’ll be committed to lifting up the voices of our most vulnerable, and making sure we have the policies in place to actually end this behavior once and for all.
