Attorney General William Barr just released a redacted version of the Mueller report.

His preemptive press conference today was a complete farce and an embarrassing display of propaganda on behalf of President Trump.

Barr works for the American people, not the president of the United States. We deserve the full picture. We deserve to know just how far Trump’s corruption extends. We deserve justice and accountability. Most of all, we deserve a president who doesn’t harm the country just to serve himself.

We can’t trust Trump’s handpicked attorney general to be remotely transparent about what’s contained in the report. Members of Mueller’s team have already said that Barr’s conclusions about the report don’t tell the full story.

Congress needs to see the full report—and the public needs to know the extent of Russia’s interference in our 2016 election and whether Trump obstructed justice.
