It’s not just abortion. Even access to birth control is under attack.

While conservative legislatures pass sweeping abortion bans that roll back fundamental reproductive freedoms, President Trump is trying to take away access to birth control from millions of women.

Yesterday we argued in federal court against the President’s ongoing attempt to let companies op-out of providing birth control to their workers, which is legally required by the Affordable Care Act.

We’ve come a long way. Contraceptives weren’t legal nationwide until 1965. Now, we’re fighting to make sure they aren’t just legal –– we’re making sure they’re accessible. Chip in $5 to stand with us in this fight.

In my lifetime, we have progressed from outright bans on birth control to affordable, accessible contraceptive care.

Now, 54 years after it became legal, President Trump wants to take away birth control from millions of women simply because they have employers who object to it.
