At the debate last night, Elizabeth talked about her Ultra-Millionaire Tax: A two-cent tax on every dollar of wealth between $50 million and $1 billion — only affecting the richest top 0.1%. Just two cents!

What could we do with just two cents? We could pay for:

• Universal Child Care and universal pre-K for children zero to school age,
• Student loan debt cancellation for 95% of people who have it,
• Universal free two-year and four-year public college and technical school,
• A minimum $50 billion fund for Historically Black Colleges and Universities and other Minority-Serving Institutions,
• Prevention, treatment, and recovery services to end the opioid epidemic,
• A Small Business Equity Fund to help close the racial wealth gap,
• Securing our elections systems from foreign and domestic threats and making voting easy and accessible,

And more. We can do a lot with just two cents.
