Bio: Bobby Bliatout, a small-business man and a healthcare executive, emphasizes a more community-based approach to governance, “Our elected leaders need to work for the people. The Central Valley has a health care crisis, a homeless crisis, a jobs crisis and a water crisis. Mr. Nunes has done nothing substantive to actually lead on the key issues that affect our community. Today, Bobby serves as the top executive at Health and Life Organization, Inc. (H.A.L.O.) and Greater Fresno Health Organization (GFHO). Between the two health care organizations, they provide medical and dental services to more than 100,000 patients and employs nearly 300 people.
