Big victory in our fight to protect the 2020 Census

We won a major victory this week in our fight to protect the 2020 Census: a federal court granted our request to stop the Trump administration from including a citizenship question on the upcoming Census.

A citizenship question would discourage many Californians from participating in the Census and undercount our communities, denying us critical resources and accurate political representation.
